National dues are paid annually. National dues are valid from July 1 - June 30th.
No. Once Life Membership dues are complete, the Life Member is no longer required to pay annual National dues. If the Life Member is also a member of a local chapter, the Life Member will be required to pay local chapter dues. National dues and local chapter dues are separate.
No. All local chapter members are required to be financial at the National level. It is possible to be financial at the National level and not be a member of a local chapter, but all local chapter members must be financial at the National level.
